Situated on the edge of the quiet hamlet of Trenance, Chy Dewetha is a beautiful holiday retreat abutting open farmland with tempting glimpses of the sea from the bedrooms on the first floor. Located 10 minutes' walk from the golden sands of Mawgan Porth, a dog-friendly, surfing beach which is great for families with lots of rock pools and caves to explore. You will also find a selection of shops, restaurants and a pub by the beach.

• Outside:  Enclosed garden to the rear with terrace, lawn and dining table with seating and BBQ. Decked area to side of property with outdoor shower, surfboard storage and wetsuit drying rail.
• Pets: 1 pet welcome- £25 per pet per week - please let us know at the time of booking and we will contact you for payment.
• Parking:Private parking on driveway to front of property for up to 3 cars.
• General: Free WiFi provided. Gas-fired central heating throughout. Mobile phone reception varies. Garage not available for guests' use.
