This contemporary home was designed as a lookout to admire the meandering Tamar Estuary. The large windows, open living space and terrace present a spanning view of the water and natural surroundings. As you enter the home, The front door leads directly into the open-plan living room with oak flooring and full height sliding doors leading out onto a south-east facing balcony framing the panoramic waterfront views. With the waterfront vistas stretching through to the bedrooms too, it couldn't be easier to stretch out, unplug and relax away from the daily grind of working life. Boat lovers are in for a treat, as you can access the river via the private pontoon and explore the Cornish coastline without having to head to a port. With direct water access onto the estuary for about three hours on either side of high tide, enjoy canoeing or crabbing directly from the private pontoon. This, coupled with the dingy slipway offers the perfect waterfront lifestyle. The Peninsula is dotted with pretty fishing villages and unspoilt beaches, which provide excellent seaside adventures.
