Area
Set in a bowl of hills at the head of a tidal creek that leads to the Hamoaze, opposite the great naval city of Plymouth, Millbrook is located on the Rame Peninsula, "Cornwall's Forgotten Corner". Bounded by the Lynher and Tamar rivers, the Hamoaze and the sea, the area is deeply rural and designated as one of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The village has a good range of shops and pubs, while close by are the pretty coastal villages of Kingsand and Cawsand, from which a ferry will take you to Plymouth.

Region
Cornwall's visitors are constantly tempted back to the beautiful coastline, tiny fishing villages, hidden coves and the world-class surfing. Whatever the reason, Cornwall has long cemented its place as one of Britain's premier holiday destinations.

The location of the property was stunning and the house itself was lovely, amazingly well equipped and beautifully furnished.. We could not fault anything and had a wonderful week. Brilliant weather too!!

The location was perfect for our week accommodating 3 generations of our family.. The weather always helps and we had summer conditions in late October. This allowed outside dining on the covered patio and safe daily kayaking for all the family. So easy with the pontoon. This was an enormous hit with two grandchildren who spent hours catching crabs and small fish when the tide was in. The facilities indoors were excellent too. In poor weather there would have been plenty of games books and DVDs to keep us amused. Real luxury thank you Mark.

The property is finished to a high standard and has been very well thought out, it lacks for nothing essential to everyday living and more besides.. The accommodation is spacious and the views spectacular.

We loved visiting the recommended local restaurants/cafés, beaches/leisure activities.. Very grateful for this local wealth of inside knowledge. The children really loved the selection of films and games for the play station! And of course, the main reason - the beautiful view over the river!! Thank you very much.
