An interesting and characterful  modernised fisherman`s cottage set in the heart of the harbour town of Fowey with a great range of pubs, independent shops and restaurants all just a short walk away. Ideal for those who like to be close to the harbourside and with all local facilities close by. Fabulous estuary views can be seen from the upper levels, and an enclosed garden to the rear, set on varying terraces, adds interest and somewhere to sit out and enjoy the wonderful views from the top-but the steep walk up is not for the faint-hearted.

Size: Sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms.
Beds: 1 x king, 4 x single.

Ground floor: 2 x twin bedrooms, 1 x bathroom, 1 x utility room.
First floor: Kitchen/Dining Area/Living Room, and a cloakroom.
Second floor: Bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
Kitchen & utilities: Electric oven and gas hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer.
For families:  Travel cot and highchair available. Stair-gate from first floor to ground floor.
Outside: Small paved courtyard accessible from the living area. There is an extended rear garden which is terraced on various levels which has outstanding harbour views from the top. Access to this area is via steep, uneven steps and not suited for those with any mobility issues. 
Parking: No private parking but public car parking available a short walk away. It is acceptable to park outside the property to load/unload.
General: Wifi included. No smoking.Electricity and gas included, gas central heating throughout. Bed linen and towels provided (please bring your own beach towels).
Pets: No pets accepted.
Accessibility: There are 2 ground floor bedrooms, and a ground floor bathroom.
