Little Hamlin cottage is a well run, well maintained cottage.. Deborah the landlady is very accommodating and welcomes you in which is a nice touch. When you arrive there is a lovely welcome in with Deborah providing a bottle of wine and some super scones and clotted cream.
The cottage is immaculate and has all the amenities you need for your stay. The cottage is situated in Rilla Mill which is a great location to be based to start your Cornwall visit. We had a great week there visiting places like Boden and Looe and also had a couple of visits to the village pub accross the road from the cottage. They did a lovely sunday lunch. The locals are really friendly and made us feel welcome.
A great experience that we will cherish with some great memories. Thanks Sykes.

Little Hamlin is a lovely cottage, very clean and of a good size.. The added touches of small vases of flowers, the bottle of wine and cream tea was lovely.
The only problem we did have was with the lack of hot water, took a very long time to get even warm water from the taps and was very slow running - this is explained in the information pack in the cottage.
Owner very nice and welcoming and would definitely recommend.

The property and its location are delightful with a fantastic friendly pub under a minutes walk away.. Lovely touches greeted us with fresh flowers in vases, wine and a Cornish cream tea to give an added warm welcome and make our holiday experience perfect. Sunday lunch in the Manir House is a must and the circular walk around Rilla Mill to experience the wonderful countryside. Make sure you have a map and the instructions !

The property was in a lovely little village.. The views from the living room window, which was on the first floor, were of the village and surrounding woods and fields. The cottage was clean and comfy and well equipped. It is in a great location for visiting Bodmin Moor, the local towns and reasonably close to seaside locations such as Looe and Polperro. Just a few yards away is an excellent pub/restaurant which is friendly and provides good pub food.
