Wonderful little house, come in - feel good. Car required, good access to umag and poreč from there. Spar market 5 min drive. You could also lie by the pool all day, it's that nice. The landlords are super nice. We would book it again in a heartbeat. And will definitely come back.

We were received very friendly in the holiday property, the house was clean, everything was available... except for the double bed in the bedroom, not necessarily suitable for older people, since the person sleeping in the back has to crawl over the front - clearly too narrow.

We had a nice time in holiday home Ofelia with 3 people. Everything was exactly as described, but unfortunately the WiFi is very weak. S. and her husband welcomed us and explained everything. She can always be reached by email or phone if you have any questions. The environment is very quiet, only a rooster crows every now and then. It takes 15 minutes to drive to Novigrad. We definitely recommend this accommodation!!!

Everything was fine. The owner was there to hand over the keys and we didn't have to pick up the key anywhere else. She showed us the house briefly and showed us on a map where we are and where to go for shopping etc. The house is well equipped. The location is very quiet, you can really switch off. But it is also a great starting point to see places in the area, to go to the sea or by boat to Venice. Really great vacation

It was a very nice vacation, so exactly as we imagined. Unfortunately we couldn't use the pool in the last two days. Since the water pump broke, and nobody could do anything about it. The owner offered us two days free of charge if we book a vacation there again. Really everything TOP and only to be recommended.

Peaceful, rural surroundings, perfect for evening and morning walks among charismatic houses, beautiful crops and nice neighbors who greet and talk with a smile. High level of finish of the house and surroundings, neat, cozy and clean space. The owners are extremely helpful and polite, always available.

The object itself and the surrounding area is great, everything was there that you need and usually forget. The house is new and lovingly cared for. The pool adequate for a short refreshment. Umag is easy to reach and a nice vacation spot. What didn't particularly appeal to us were the beaches, but that's a matter of taste. Otherwise we have recovered super.
