Marinko

We stayed at Villa Marinko in June with two small children and a dog. The host is very helpful and gives guests free rein. If you have any questions, you can always ask him. The garden, the adjacent olive groves, and especially the pool were truly beautiful, and we had a wonderful vacation. You can reach all the shops and the beach by bike or car. The location is very quiet, and the house is fenced, which was perfect with a dog and children.

The Marinko house is a little out of the way in a rural area but still central to Umag and other beautiful holiday destinations. For example, you can get to Izola/Slovenia very quickly, which is definitely a worthwhile destination, as are the other port towns in Croatia itself. The property is very well maintained and clean thanks to the very friendly and helpful landlord. We immediately felt a familiar relationship with him. We can only recommend the Marinko house.

We felt comfortable. The garden is very well maintained and lovingly laid out. The location of the house is away from the hustle and bustle, but in a few minutes you can be at the sea or in Umag. But only by car. Not really suitable for walking. The garden is well fenced, so it's nice for our two big dogs. Small dogs could get through the gate, though. The interior was OK. Not luxurious. The kitchen was equipped with the most important things. Unfortunately there is no coffee machine. No WiFi either.

We spent a wonderful time on the property with our dog. The peace and quiet and the location are just right for tourists who want to leave the stress of everyday life behind for a short while. We had our dog with us, and he felt very comfortable on the property. There are plenty of places to run around on site. The pool is super big and very well maintained. The various seating areas outside invite you to relax, depending on the position of the sun. Absolutely great.

House in a quiet location but still central, 1.5 km from the sea, shops (Kaufland, Lidl, Spar) about 3 km. Great pool and grill. The only drawback is that there are 2 separate bedrooms on the upper floor but the bathroom can only be reached via one of the bedrooms.

Nice reliable owner, great for dogs, great location for companies

Pure relaxation between olive trees and birdsong. Extremely quiet location... no traffic noise and almost no neighbors. Ideal for families with children. Also ideal for dogs, as everything is completely fenced.

Nice accommodation in a beautiful location. The sea is also easily accessible on foot.

House a bit small for five people, landlord super nice, service from H. and interhome bad no description where the house is. It was 6 km from umag but in which direction? The coordinates were not correct, the landlord picked us up somewhere. So we're thinking about booking the two of them again, especially since I asked both of them for a description. The location is very quiet and secluded, but everything you need can be reached by car in a few minutes. A small shop can be reached in two minutes and the beach and restaurants in three minutes. In 5-10 minutes you can reach Umag, a very nice town. The house is clean, everything works. There are several outdoor courts that offer optimal conditions for different times. The landlord Marinko is extremely nice and helpful! We will be back!

Fantastic holiday home with absolute privacy. Perfect for guests with dogs (completely fenced). Beautifully landscaped garden, clean pool and great BBQ area. A sun-kissed quiet location and yet very close to Umag. The host XXX was like a good family friend. We will definitely come back to this beautiful place.

Nice little house functionally furnished, nice well-kept pool. The house was extended in May 2018 with a very nice covered terrace. People who like pure nature and tranquility are in good hands here. Tip: Don't forget mosquito repellant. Very nice and helpful landlord.
