We had a very nice time here. The house is very well furnished and the beds are very comfortable. The terrace is behind the house and is completely enclosed by a wall (great with a dog/child). We were able to safely park our car in the nearby parking lot. The landlord is very friendly and speaks German very well. The location is perfect. All kinds of shops, sea, center within walking distance and yet in a quiet location. 100% recommendation

Very nicely renovated cottage with enough space for a family of 5 with 2 dogs. Central and yet quiet. Very nice landlord, speaks excellent German. WLAN and TV with German/Austrian programs, kitchen well equipped. Antique furniture but nicely prepared, top mattresses and pillows.

The beach is very close. There is always something going on in the evening. Everyone is nice. It's just a dream vacation. The landlord is also friendly. It's the second time we've been there and we'll be back. The 5 times in umag and the last accommodations were not like that. It was and is great here

The accommodation has everything you need on vacation. Also shops and the beach and restaurants in the vicinity. We felt very comfortable. We were 2 adults and 2 kids (11 and 8 years)

Clean house furnished with style with enough space for sleeping, resting, eating and cooking. Shops, bakery, butcher, supermarket are just a few steps away from the house. Two beaches within walking distance offer plenty of space in the sun as well as in the shade. It is best to wear bathing shoes for swimming.

We spent a lot of time in the cozy courtyard. The house is lovingly furnished, it was very clean and the owners are extremely nice. Everything can be easily reached on foot, including the beach.

We were there for the second time with friends. I like having an entire house to ourselves, it's also super furnished and lovingly decorated. The kitchen has everything you need and I love that little courtyard. In addition, the location is perfect, just a few minutes' walk to the port, town or shopping. A small request remains: If the planned second bathroom were available, it would be a real advantage for more than two people. We will be back.

The landlord is very friendly and helpful and the house is clean and centrally located. The private fenced garden is a stunner and quiet. Dogs are also welcome and not just tolerated. The baker is just around the corner and all other shops are all nearby. Also XXX and XXX..... The sea and the outskirts are only a 5 minute walk away. In addition, the beach and the sea are very clean.
