Holiday accommodation corresponded to Croatian standards. Cosy semi-detached house, poorly soundproofed, toilets and shower were a bit dirty on arrival. Owner A. very nice. There was a gift (oil, wine) and I was very touched by the gesture. Parking space too far away from the accommodation / you get a parking card from the owner (costs 3 euros per day). Had to look for a new parking space every day as there is no right to your own parking space.

An apartment with an atmosphere in a beautiful place. Conditions as described, very well equipped and well-kept.

The holiday home is near the center which is very positive, some things in the holiday home would have to be renewed, the upholstery on the garden furniture was very used and stained, the washing machine is old and broke after 2 days, so we had to wash in the neighboring house. The owner is very nice, overall it was good.

We stayed in this holiday home in Umag for a week. Let's say that all in all the house is fully equipped and new. The only flaw that there was is because of the two televisions that did not speak in Italian and we know that on vacation you don't watch a lot of TV but we caught two days of rain and inside the house we didn't even have a TV. With 40 days in advance of booking the owner could install an Italian decoder. Instead he told us that so far he had only had German customers. However I recommend it.

It was not our first time in this accommodation and again absolutely satisfied. Cozy, modern and right on the sea. Super nice landlady who also provided cheap parking nearby because parking in the old town is generally very expensive. What more do you want?
