View of the sea and the town. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.

Old apartment house "Antonella & Napoletano", 4 storeys, renovated in 2019. In the centre of Umag, in the heart of the city, 20 m from the sea, in a pedestrian area. In the house: WiFi. Public parking 100 m extra. Shop 50 m, supermarket 100 m, restaurant, café, concrete beach 20 m. Marina 300 m, walking paths from the house 20 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Had a big big problem receiving the keys, we have waited in the full sun foe an hour to get in. Apartment needs some work, air conditioner was leaking and dripping water all over the floor. Cockroaches and overall weird stench in the bathroom. Double wide bed was just two matresses beside each other. Worst part was the tarace, although it did not seem like like it from the photos, it was shared by all of the guests at once, so I guess you would have to take turns ;)

Beautiful apartment well located with sea view from the kitchen and the pedestrian from the bedroom. Much appreciated air conditioning. Downside for parking (3 euros / day) which is not insured because public parking. Another disadvantage the terrace on the 1st floor is common to the 3 rentals and not clearly specified on the announcement. The restaurants and/or bars on the ground floor do not interfere in any way.

Good value for money. Nice landlady, shops nearby, view of the sea, everything o. K. Well, the fact that the parking lot was subject to a charge U a good 100m away is tolerable. Fairly quiet despite being in the city. To recommend.

We traveled with 2 adults (45/38) and a child (7). The small 1 room apartment is on the 2nd floor. With the other apartments you share a terrace where you have a great view of restaurants and the sea. The apartment has a new bed (hard mattresses) and another single bed (very soft), this was not a problem for us. The apartment was clean, kitchen has everything you need. Very centrally located, but quiet. Parking very close. Nice landlady!!!

Satisfactory Terrace for 3 accommodations is not of any importance. The terrace is located above a burger restaurant and the odor nuisance is enormous. Otherwise the apartment is ok
