The facilities and cleanliness of the apartment were excellent.

This year I have stayed in the apartment for the 18th time. Still a great location - in the old town. Of course it is not as quiet as outside - but not loud either. Central location - everything is within walking distance. Fantastic view of the sea. Landlady is super friendly and helpful. Dog friendly. Parking 100m away costs €3 per day via landlady

Had a fantastic stay in Umag, largely due to this centrally-located house. It's just a stone's throw from the clean, uncrowded city beach—ideal for a peaceful getaway. The hostess was exceptionally kind, promptly providing extra equipment upon request. The only minor issue was the weekend noise from the bar downstairs, but it didn't spoil our overall experience. If you're in Umag for a relaxing holiday, this place is a must-visit!

Great central location - terrace with sea view, beach access 50m. Harbor 100m, market 100m, shopping 100m. Everything on the doorstep - parking also 50m away in a public car park - the landlady provides cheap day tickets for 3,-- € / day

The accommodation was good. Maybe you could eliminate the mold in the bathroom (old pipes). The location was excellent. Good value for money

9 days of pure wellness and relaxation. The apartment is perfect and big. For 2 people it's great. Well furnished. It is equipped with everything and you can soothe your kitchen. Being in the center there is a wide choice of restaurants if you want to eat out. The sea view is the TOP! Parking agreement with the structure at 3 euros per day. The wifi has an excellent line even for those who have to work or watch a movie on a pc. Very kind and helpful owner. To go back.

This apartment offers a top price-performance ratio. Super location, everything is easily accessible. We were so satisfied that we want to go back to the same apartment next time

The fact that the apartment was on the third floor, the terrace was on the first floor and had to be shared with the tenants of two other apartments was restrictive. Rather problematic. A recommendation can only be made if the description of the rental property clearly indicates that the use of the terrace is very difficult. When the weather changes, there is a strong odor from the sewage system.

We had the apartment on the 3rd floor. Beautiful apartment with a large bed, TV, air conditioning, small kitchen and bathroom. Right on the water and right in the old town. Outstanding location. No egg cups, no hair dryer, otherwise everything available. Community terrace and community washing machine. Mattress is a bit too soft. Parking about 500 meters away and bookable for about 3 euros per day through the landlady. This is very friendly and accommodating.

quiet apartment with the exception of the local bar below which in any case ends the music towards one in the morning. ... perfect, available, punctual. Really lovely place with unique view.
