Goldi

Had a great stay at House Goldi. House is well equiped. Single level, convenient with a toddler. Private pool is a great addition. Nice and quiet neighbourhood. Quiet roads for evening strolls. There is a mesmerizing 11th century church and traditional Istrian stone houses a 15 min walk away from the house. Beaches a short drive away, we especially liked Fažana beach. Great location to explore west coast of Istria.

All in all, it's a lovely little house. However, there are a few things that need to be mentioned that were unfortunately very disappointing: - Inaccurate address of the accommodation. - There is far too much chlorine in the pool. - The worst thing was the air conditioning. There is only a weak one and it is in the back of the living room, the other rooms don't get any cooling at all, the baby monitor showed 28 degrees at night! - Poor kitchen equipment. - Very weak internet + WiFi - No answer from the landlord when asked questions...

The cottage is good, we were five people, three adults two children (4 and almost a year). The kitchen was okay, but there is very little and impractical a socket in the kitchenette. Another small problem are the mosquitoes, as already mentioned in a review. As soon as you open the large patio door or front door you have a mosquito festival in the evening. You can also see that on the walls, on the many crushed mosquitoes. You can get everywhere quickly by car, the pool was also good.

It was a wonderful holiday, the landlords were very nice and open to any question, I would go back anytime, just great and harmonious
