The proximity to the sea is great. Very quiet place (except that there was construction next door on Sunday with loud machines. That shouldn't be the case from now on). The landlady and her dog are super nice. You have to agree with her when the dogs can run around in the garden. But it's not a problem, she speaks very good German. We liked it there, the only thing was that it wasn't clean. But that wasn't a problem, I did it. The mattresses and toilet could also be replaced. Otherwise, it's great.

The apartment had no air conditioning, it was 30 degrees during the day and didn't cool down. Unfortunately the bathroom was very bad and hadn't been cleaned for a while. The furnishings in the apartment were also very outdated.
