A very nice, modern and clean apartment. Very friendly and pleasant landlady. The location is great, there is a bakery right in the building and a supermarket right next door. The beach and the promenade are within easy walking distance. Only the basketball courts behind the house can be a bit annoying, but you can't hear them in the bedrooms. All in all, a great apartment.
