Contact with the owner was always good, and questions were answered quickly. We weren't greeted personally, and there was no instruction on how to use any of the appliances. The air conditioning only worked during the day. The furniture was quite worn, with many dents and stains, and the couch had an unpleasant smell. The cleanliness also left a lot to be desired. There were cobwebs, dirt, and ants in the corners.

The house was very nice. The outdoor area was well maintained with a large pool and barbecue area. There were plenty of comfortable loungers and shady spots. With 3 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms there was plenty of space. The furniture was simple but functional. There was a dishwasher, washing machine and air conditioning in all bedrooms and living rooms. Unfortunately, after rain, water seeps in through the balcony and there is a stain on the living room ceiling. Conclusion: great house with lots of space and modern furnishings.
