This villa is in a great spot near Pula in Istria. You’ve got your own private pool, space to eat outside, and a play area for the kids with a trampoline. There’s a brick charcoal grill, too – perfect for easy outdoor meals. Inside, the open-plan layout is great for cooking and relaxing together, and three bedrooms open onto a balcony. It's worth noting the home is one half of a semi-detached house, so while the outdoor areas aren’t fully separated, each maintains its own privacy, including individual pools. You’ll want a car to get around, but Valbandon Beach is under ten minutes away, as well as Pula’s old town, harbour, and restaurants.
