many defects in the building, bathroom doors could not be closed, some did not even stay in the lock, unused power cables protruded from the walls with questionable insulation, tripping hazards on the way from the pool to the house with poor or non-existent lighting, nighttime sleep severely disturbed by barking dogs in the neighborhood, promised microwave missing, coffee machine only worked after descaling several times, totally dirty toasters,
