"Villa Sand (PRC623)", 3-room apartment 60 m2, on the ground floor. Living/dining room with satellite TV (flat screen). Exit to the terrace. 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed. Open kitchen (2 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine). Bath/WC. No heating option.

Only 1 toilet paper roll is provided for full stay plus only 1 small one! Hand towel. You have to buy all daily necessities yourself: washing-up liquid, sponges, salt, pepper. The remote control battery was dead and the kettle was broken. Toilet leaks and smells like urine. In the order confirmation, weekly cleaning is specified, which the landlady clearly rejected. Outside area is nice but not enjoyable if you are constantly being disturbed.

The apartment is sparsely furnished and offers little storage space for clothes, etc. The bathroom is poor, no shower, but a bathtub with a high rim and no shower curtain, showering is not possible without flooding. Outside facility is very good and beautiful. However, the landlady is always present on the property and picky when, for example, the dogs are in the lawn. It's not dog friendly!
