Not all services as "promised" in the tender. Air conditioning in the tender but not mentioned that it is not in the bedrooms. The climate had to be maintained by us so that it was running properly at all. Tender is 2 car parking spaces in reality 2 pieces for 2 houses. Garden totally dried up/neighboring houses all lush green
