Reception only to hand over the keys, nothing else! Apartment quite cold and not as bright as in the pictures, but quiet and in a good location. Bathroom facilities dirty. The coffee machine was calcified and barely usable. There was a washing machine in the basement of the house, the use of which was not explicitly offered.
