The pictures are truly authentic. The landlord, A., and his family are very nice, and we communicated via WhatsApp. Everything is on the same level: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, dining room with living room, kitchen with a huge terrace and grill, and a garden with a trampoline. Downstairs is a pool with 8 loungers and a huge garden. There's a mini-supermarket in the village (5-minute walk), or it's a 20-minute drive to Pazin (Lidl: our recommendation!) or a 25-minute drive to Labin (Plodine or Spar). Restaurant tip: Domino Potpićan (cheap and delicious!)

The house and the pool were really beautiful, the pool was cleaned regularly and we got vegetables from the landlord. We were given a warm welcome and felt very comfortable. I can only recommend it and we will definitely come here again.

Excellent welcome, kind and discreet owner. Clean house, air conditioning and swimming pool... In addition, the pergola allows for pleasant evenings. The region is magnificent. We are a little less than an hour from all the cities of Istria on the Adriatic...

This cottage is very nice. If you want to have it quiet, this is the place for you. Unfortunately, the property is not completely fenced. So with a pet (dog) rather impractical.

The house was just great as described on the internet. We were received very nicely and the on-site service was also perfect. We were spoiled with fruit, cakes, vegetables and pastries. The environment was very idyllic and ideal for relaxing. The great pool invited you to cool down every day. Everything was clean and neatly maintained. We'd love to come back!

We had a wonderful stay. The owners are welcoming and very available. We were spoiled... vegetables, pastries... The house is immaculate, super well maintained... the village is friendly and the sea 25km away (Rabac) is magnificent... just perfect with 4 children.

A really great place to stay, nothing was missing, so we can only recommend the well-kept house in a quiet location in a rural setting. The landlords are very friendly and attentive and provided us with fruit, vegetables and delicious quark balls. A non-functioning washing machine was immediately exchanged for another. We enjoyed our vacation very much and would love to come back.

Is highly recommended. Clean and everything works. The pool is cleaned daily. The location is also very good, you can get everywhere quickly by car. The homeowner is also very, very friendly and brings things over, for example quark balls, wine, etc. So just great.

The location of the house is very nice, that has to be said. The outside area is also beautifully laid out. Something needs to be invested in the interior. It is very shabby and in some rooms there is a musty smell. There was almost no crockery. There can also be various cleaning agents in the house, all of which had to be bought separately. The pool is old but clean. A new ladder wouldn't be bad. Attention bees are kept there. The pool is full of them.
