A wonderful quiet family vacation! Friendly hosts (including homemade schnapps and cakes and fruit on several occasions), very well-kept house, quiet, beautiful countryside with relatively short distances to the beach or other destinations. We enjoyed the time and would love to come back!

It's great house, great pool. The host family took very good care of us: delicious cakes and homemade liqueurs, everything was great, except for wasps!!! My husband gave up the pool after the first stitch and only came to swim in the evening, I gave up after the 4th stitch. It's a shame, it would have been a dream holiday, but if you leave the pool with only bites, it's not!

We stayed 1 week with 2 adults and 3 children in the house. The house offers enough space for 5 people. With more than 5 people, it may be a bit cramped in the dining kitchen. The pool area is great. The landlords have provided us with brand new loungers. We met G. from the landlord family. He showed us the house etc. Very nice. You don't get anything else from the landlords. You are at the sea in about 30-35 minutes.

We spent a wonderful week in S. and G.'s house. The house is located away from cities and roads in a wonderfully quiet natural environment. The rooms inside are beautifully furnished, but the highlight of the accommodation is the outdoor area with very nice seating and a fantastic pool. S. and G. are excellent hosts, always available, very flexible and always friendly. We also really enjoyed your small gifts. We'd love to come back!

We have spent a wonderful holiday. The house and the pool were without defects. Everything available what you need. The house is located inland and in about 30 minutes you can reach the coast and the first beaches. The hosts (G. and his mother) are very personable and friendly. Highly recommended and we would love to come back to the holiday home next year! Greetings M

If you are longing for peace, nature and relaxation, this is the place for you! The landlord is very considerate of privacy, the house is equipped with everything you need, washing clothes is possible, there is a hair dryer, coffee maker, toaster, outdoor grill, we loved it! 1A accommodation, we were very happy there!

Very nice spacious house. Lots of charm, spacious rooms, nice bathrooms, cozy kitchen. Everything is there, dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge with freezer, air conditioning in all rooms. Very cool swimming pool, nice to spend time in ... And then the peace there, that's really enjoying! Nice environment too, nice to eat in XXX/XXX/XXX within walking distance. And a little further a lot of beautiful things to discover. Recommended! Special thanks to XXX and family!

A very nice holiday home with a wonderful garden and pool, wonderful location in the mountains with a great view. This object is worth every single star. You can hike extensively or make small car tours. The Buzet area is located in the middle of Istria, it takes about 1 hour to drive to each side of the Adriatic Sea. The landlords were very hospitable.

We enjoyed our summer vacation in villa Kapitani in Croatia for two weeks. The villa is fully equipped, very clean, all rooms have air conditioning and the wifi worked fine. The pool with sunbeds and the quiet location was lovely. Also very spoiled by the XXX family who do their utmost to make everything go as desired.
