We had a great time; although the location is a bit isolated in the countryside, it's easy to reach all the main towns in Istria. It's well-equipped, and the microwave and washing machine are convenient. The only drawbacks were: 1) the stove didn't work very well (it took at least half an hour to boil water, and even cooking an egg was a chore); 2) the lack of mosquito nets (we found ourselves infested with mosquitoes and other insects); 3) the Wi-Fi worked poorly and intermittently.
