"Lore (SOE 301)", 3-room apartment 87 m2 on 2 levels. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 sofabed, 1 double bed and satellite TV. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 double bed and satellite TV. Sep. WC. 2nd upper floor: living/dining room with dining table and satellite TV. Exit to the balcony. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, dishwasher, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Oil heating. Carpet. Balcony. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. The apartment does not have a door leading to the stairs. The separate toilet on the 1st floor is shared with another tenant. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the housing units will be available for use.

In the district of Wildmoos 2 km from the centre of Sölden, on the outskirts, 86 km from the centre of Innsbruck, in the residential district, 1.2 km from the skiing area. In the house: storage room for skis. Parking on the premises. Shop 550 m, restaurant 600 m, indoor swimming pool 2.2 km. Mountain railway 1.2 km, ski lift 1.2 km, slopes 1.2 km, ski bus stop 150 m, cross country ski track 1.3 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Gaislachkoglbahn 1.2 km. Please note: The owner does not accept any groups. Ski bus (free of charge). The owner lives in the same residence. Owner uses some rooms in the house. Ski bus: from Christmas to around Easter, 4 trips a day to the cable car and back. Note: In both halves of the house, rooms are rented separately on the ground floor, basement and first floor.

Pros: Good value for its price. Close to a ski bus stop. Cons: We planned to arrive late and I couldn't contact host in advance, so I had to contact through the interchalet. Host tried to take more additional costs than mentioned in the voucher without any explanation. Solved it with interchalet. Internet connection speed is poor. In the oven it was a handwritten warning of 100 EUR fine if we try to use it. So we didn't. It took more than 20 minutes to get back the deposit.

We have stayed in this apartment already 2 times. The apartments are very comfortable, clean, warm. The kitchen is perfectly equipped with everything necessary. There are conditions for storing and drying ski and snowboard equipment. The ski bus stop is very close. You can walk 10 minutes to shops and the center of Sölden. If you are traveling with a large family, you can rent several apartments in the same house, which is very convenient. If you are driving a car, you must have chains for the wheels. This apartment has excellent value for money. Many thanks to the owner for her hospitality! We recommend!!!
