A holiday home in a prime location. Because you're already high up, there's no noise from speeding traffic, peering in from the neighbors, or other inconveniences. Wake up and enjoy mountain views (sometimes even in the summer with snow-capped peaks). Comfortable beds, a TV in every room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a garden/sun terrace. A playground is within walking distance. It's a shame, though, that there are quite a few flies. Well, it's an area with farms...

We would recommend the area and accommodation to anyone looking for absolute peace and quiet. Here you can still experience nature and it is very idyllic to sit outside, look at the mountains and hear the sheep bells.

The accommodation is a bit out of the way, but very modern and well equipped. Because of the altitude, the sun still shines on the quiet terrace with a great view of the mountains even in the late afternoon. The bread roll service is also pleasant, with deliveries before 7 a.m. Small disadvantage: in the evenings there are only restaurants in the valley. But you get absolute peace and quiet and hiking trails on your doorstep.

The very quiet and beautifully located accommodation deserves the full 5 stars. The furnishings are very modern but the flair of a mountain hut is not lost. The view from the south-facing terrace invites you to linger and the nearest supermarket is only a few minutes away by car. We will definitely be back!

It was really a nice holiday we were here with our dog. We didn't miss anything, everything you need is available. Very good facilities, clean, lovingly furnished and very nice hosts. The view is gigantic and there are so many beautiful hikes here. Perfect to come down. Highly recommended we would love to come back. Thanks also to R. for the great organization.

A great place to stay, very well equipped with an incredibly beautiful view. We spent a wonderful week there with ski glorious weather. The Sölden and Gurgl ski areas are not far away, but a car is required. The only point of improvement are the mattresses, too soft for our taste and now a bit saggy. Also an ideal starting point for hikes.

Key via safe at the door. Handy apartment if you have a dog thanks to the private garden. Free parking in front of the door. TV in every bedroom and in the living room. Fully equipped kitchen. Garden furniture and gas barbecue. Beautiful walks from Burgstein. 50 € extra for the dog I thought was a bit much

We spent a wonderful winter week here and were very satisfied. The apartment is clean, comfortable, warm and the view is spectacular. The apartment has everything you need to enjoy a great vacation. The kitchen is small but very well equipped, the beds were very comfortable, and the bathrooms were spacious and modern. The view is the best thing about this place. We will come back in any case.

Very friendly and helpful housekeepers! Everything is very high quality, nicely and cleanly furnished and equipped. From the terrace you have an incredibly beautiful view and there is even a gas grill. We would love to come back anytime.

Nice and spacious apartment with access to the front garden with deckchairs, parasol and barbecue. A big bonus is the possibility to order a morning delivery of pastries from a local bakery. Luxurious mountain view directly from the bed. The house stands in a part of the village that lies on a raised rock, thanks to which you have peace from the main road. The only drawback is the access road, which is narrow and two cars have to pass each other only at "turnouts", but there are plenty of them on the way from the main road. I would go here again in a heartbeat.

A very clean, bright, functionally furnished apartment in a quiet location. Hiking trails start right behind the house. Breakfast bread service is very pleasant. Owner and staff very friendly and attentive. Shops in Laengenfeld are a 10 minute drive away. Snack station and restaurant can be reached in 5 minutes on foot in the high season. You should inquire in advance about the opening hours of the localities. Further visits on our part are certain. Many Thanks.
