Kitchen-/living room (dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining table, 1 double sofabed and cable TV. Shower/WC. Underfloor heating. Balcony. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the housing units will be available for use.

Apartment block "Alpenapart Saphir", built in 2009. In the district of Windau 900 m from the centre of Sölden, 84 km from the centre of Innsbruck, 150 m from the skiing area. In the house: storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. Parking on the premises. Shop 200 m, supermarket 500 m, restaurant, bakery 200 m, indoor swimming pool 1.1 km. Mountain railway, ski lift, slopes 150 m, cross country ski track 30 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Gaislachkoglbahn 150 m. The owner does not accept any groups.

As now for the 3rd time. Absolutely recommendable house. Of course, there always seems to be something to complain about when you look at other reviews, of course more is always possible. But good value for money for Sölden. Top location to the lift and absolutely clean house with nice and friendly hostess and friendly staff, uncomplicated arrival and departure.

We would definitely recommend the accommodation. We were a group of 12 people in the house and had 3 apartments. Everything was totally uncomplicated with the landlady. We only have a few small things to complain about. Unfortunately there was no soap in the apartment and only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. But I think these are all things that you can definitely overlook. A slightly bigger negative point is that the house is very noisy and you can hear the conversations from the room above as well as everything else going on in the house. But even that can be overlooked. The apartment is in a great location. In 5 minutes you are at the Gaislachkogelbahn and in 10 minutes you have a Spar market and all the restaurants.

The accommodation is located near the valley station and can be easily reached on foot in about 5 minutes. The apartment is in good condition and the landlords respond quickly to requests.

Good location, modernized apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite). The apartment is mainly functionally furnished and lacks some coziness, but is very good for a week of skiing with friends.

The location in Sölden is unique. Less than 10 minutes to the Gaislachkogelbahn. We managed the whole holiday without a car. The accommodation was very well heated, we didn't need the warm house suits and slippers that we had taken with us because of a negative review. Since we were there over Christmas, there was a sweet plate and red wine Greeting. Hand towels and bath towels were available. Deposit and additional costs were raised when checking in. There was a strict control of the final cleaning, which we had never seen before.
