We enjoyed our holiday in this house. There is little around the house for children, so you have to go a bit. Parking at the cottage is quite tight and you are very close to a busy road (guard rail is next to it, but no privacy on your balcony and lots of light from car lamps) Not a problem for us, but useful to know.

Location is not great. The house is located between the busy Ötztalstraße (right upstairs) and multi-storey apartment buildings and in a shady slope (only a few hours of sun.) Far too small for 6 people. Access and parking limited.

No one was present at the address where we had to register and no notification could be found. Got in touch with the phone number of the reservation but a very confused explanation and unclear directions to the actual chalet. Even an unfriendly contact during the stay.

A simple but really good place to stay for the price. The only disadvantage is the location directly on the country road, which cannot be seen in advance.

The apartment is right on Ötztal Straße, but we still slept well, it's not too noisy. The apartment is not very central, but if you want to go for a walk or a walk in the morning anyway, you can combine this with getting bread rolls. Only criticism watching TV from the dining room bench (apartment on the top floor) is very uncomfortable. If you want to cook something you have to bring salt, spices... Everything with you
