Apartment block "Alpenapart Saphir", built in 2009. In the district of Windau 900 m from the centre of Sölden, 84 km from the centre of Innsbruck, 150 m from the skiing area. In the house: storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. Parking on the premises. Shop 200 m, supermarket 500 m, restaurant, bakery 200 m, indoor swimming pool 1.1 km. Mountain railway, ski lift, slopes 150 m, cross country ski track 30 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Gaislachkoglbahn 150 m. The owner does not accept any groups.

Good, very clean accommodation on the ground floor. A bit noisy regarding noise in the stairwell. The smoke detector reacts very easily and you have to know that the control cabinet for the alarm is in the basement. Uncomplicated handover on arrival and departure. Great location to the Gaislschkogelbahn. Any time.

The house has catastrophic soundproofing or none at all. Every chair move reverberates throughout the house as do the drains. We lived on the ground floor with a window to the front door, smokers meet there at all possible times and you can understand every word that is spoken outside despite the closed window and shutters. I haven't been able to sleep all week, despite ear plugs! The mattresses are completely worn out etc.

Only a few hundred meters from the valley station, the apartment is ideal for skiing holidays. Everything you need is there.

We would definitely recommend the accommodation. We were a group of 12 people in the house and had 3 apartments. Everything was totally uncomplicated with the landlady. We only have a few small things to complain about. Unfortunately there was no soap in the apartment and only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. But I think these are all things that you can definitely overlook. A slightly bigger negative point is that the house is very noisy and you can hear the conversations from the room above as well as everything else going on in the house. But even that can be overlooked. The apartment is in a great location. In 5 minutes you are at the Gaislachkogelbahn and in 10 minutes you have a Spar market and all the restaurants.

This is the second time we have stayed in this accommodation and we are very satisfied again! The accommodation is well maintained, perfectly equipped and has a great location!!!! We recommend!!!

Bring a small oven and don't expect too much from the accommodation. The rooms were very small. Mattresses are saggy and there is hardly any storage space.
