Location rented for the second time, after a good experience, which unfortunately deteriorated.

The house is beautiful inside, it has been renovated and is a good place to relax. The location is super central, sea, restaurants, bakery, butcher, supermarket around the corner, but the area around the house is lacking in cleanliness and beauty. In my opinion, the laundry room is not accessible as it is, there is old and dirty stuff stored everywhere, the garden is not very well maintained.
