It also includes an open-plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. To the outside, there is plenty of off-road parking, an enclosed garden with patio and furniture as well as 16 acres of land. Rainsbury House is a well-designed cottage in a fabulous area of Devon.

Area
Wiveliscombe is on the edge of the Exmoor National Park. It has shops and eateries and is around half an hour from beaches, and has walking all around. The coast is easily accessible, both Watchet and Weston-super-Mare are nearby and popular.

Region
Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?
