Praa Waves is a wonderful coastal cottage situated in Penzance, Cornwall. It has three bedrooms: one ground floor double, one first floor super king-size and one twin both with en-suite shower room. There is a separate ground floor bathroom and WC. Downstairs has an open-plan living room with a fitted kitchen and dining area. Outside has a balcony area with furniture provided. Off-road parking is available for two cars. Praa Waves is a luxury retreat for families.

Over top two floors. Three bedrooms: 1 x lower floor double with TV, 1 x upper floor super king-size with TV and en-suite shower room, with shower, basin and WC. 1 x upper floor twin with en-suite shower room with shower, basin and WC. Lower floor bathroom with a bath and shower over, basin and WC. Lower floor open-plan living room with balcony, kitchen, dining area and sitting area.

Penzance is a town and civil parish in Cornwall, England, situated on the coast. It is within reach of many picturesque sandy beaches and harbours. The town offers a range of museums, gardens, pubs restaurants and a shopping centre. Penzance is within driving distance of the popular seaside town of St Ives.

Cornwall’s visitors are constantly tempted back to the beautiful coastline, tiny fishing villages, hidden coves and the world-class surfing. Whatever the reason, Cornwall has long cemented its place as one of Britain’s premier holiday destinations.

High quality accommodation in a stunning location.. A perfect place to ‘get away from it all’ and really relax. I very much hope to return.

The first thing that struck us on arrival is that on the site the property is listed as a house, but on the receipt as an apartment.. It soon became clear that there is a ground floor flat beneath the property. This meant there was no direct access to the garden as expected. In fact we had no pass code to access the shared garden area. This we got after a call. The next point was that the property was cold inside. Of the 9 thermostats all were either off or in Holiday mode (frost setting). After finding the thermostat instructions i sorted this. With the 2 items above it would have helped if there was a welcome pack with instructions ie where the towel rail switches are ( another point) where the bins are (yet another), if there was a recycling bin? local amenities (especially as the shop, due to illness, has erratic opening hours). Usually we find having rented in cornwall > 30 times in the last 20 years, there is spare bin bag and a little washing up liquid, but this was not the case here. Please take the above as feedback as finally I would like to say the property was the nicest most comfortable property we have stayed in and have already recommended to friends and fellow cornwall lovers.
