Good location, walking distance from the beach; Restaurants and shops in the immediate vicinity. The landlords are very nice, well equipped kitchen and a very nice terrace to relax. Very good mattresses, slept really well :) We'll be back! It is also possible to use a travel cot and high chair.

Super clean, super nice landlord great people. It was a pleasure.

we had four nights in the apartment, it was very spacious and clean, lovely big comfy bed, good size bathroom , the shower also had water jets. nice area outside of the apartment to sit out. the gardens were all kept really nice. pool in the back garden, it was ok for a quick dip but it was very cold there were also a supply of bikes that were available for the use of clients, this was great as we were able to cycle down to the beach and down into umag town.

There is nothing to complain about the accommodation, the well-furnished apartments and accessories are available, and there is also a barbecue stove.

Kitchen is very poorly equipped. No microwave and few dishes. Very poorly performing refrigerator.

....and the apartment was adequate, soberly furnished but most of the time you are outside or on the road and you are not there to sit inside. A point of criticism is that because of all the tiles in all apartments it is very noisy when furniture is pushed, we had a large group of young people above and next to us and that caused noise pollution with the necessary irritation and not being able to fall asleep as a result, however, the owner (xxx) made every effort to solve it and even offered us to use another apartment until the group left, furthermore xxx gave us many nice tips for eating out and for the absolute must see in the area. The sea is literally 300 meters away and you can rent lovely beds and have a snack and a drink, the Riviera but affordable. We will definitely go back next year, although this time we won't stay in the same place for three weeks and we want to see more of the country, a week at xxx is definitely in the planning, although we will most likely take another apartment there.

The accommodation was very clean, close to the beach and beautiful. The location is also highly recommended.
