Pleasant accommodation in a quiet location, with a nice pool. However, no information was given upon arrival and the owner only spoke German, even though it was stated that they also spoke English. Very limited communication, just asked for everyone's ID cards, the deposit, and then left. The wifi password was incorrect, we sent a message but never responded. Requested a late checkout, told us on the phone that it was ok for 3 p.m., but then scolded us at 10 a.m., laughing that it wasn't.

Dogs are allowed but are not allowed to move around in the garden or at the pool. My grandson was shouted at when he jumped into the pool. We were constantly monitored.

We were on holiday with three small children and it was a pleasant stay. The owners are friendly and helpful, the accommodation looks exactly like the photos. Comfortable beds and couch in the living room. The garden with a pool and seating area is very pleasant. I would point out that the equipment is only the most necessary, especially dishes. The fridge is small and the kitchen has little storage space. The wardrobes in the rooms are already a bit worn. Be careful with small children on the balcony; if he drops something down it might end up on the roof. Overall OK, liked it.

Accommodation itself is clean, as described in the pictures. There is enough space in the apartment. Hardly any power sockets. However, nothing was explained on arrival. Prohibitions were immediately issued. Pool use only until 7 p.m., no toys in. Landlords are very picky, enter the apartment without permission. Sometimes switch off the electricity (during thunderstorms). Accuse holidaymakers of damaging the gate. Try to make money wherever possible. Kitchen equipment is very poor, making cooking very difficult.

Accommodation is about 4.5 km from Porec and large shopping centers such as (Lidl, Kaufland, Platine, Müller, etc.) away. Apartment was with kl. Balcony with a view of the garden and south-west location. The fridge is very small but according to the landlord it should be replaced next season. Pool and garden great. Parking is on the property in the locked area. Landlord very friendly and nice.

The house and pool were great. Everything was clean and tidy. The hosts are always friendly. Parking problems can occur if all apartments are occupied. The fridge was a bit too small. WiFi and TV occasionally unavailable

The outdoor area is lovingly designed and is very attractive. The pool is a good size and is slightly shallower at the front and gets deeper towards the back. The main house includes 5 apartments. I think that's important to know, but unfortunately it's not in the ad. The apartment itself has about 50 m3 and 2 bedrooms. The kitchen is functional. Only the fridge is way too small. The apartment is for 4-5 people. designed. In the ad is the Mitben. the washing machine. described, but this is not really desired

Our 3-room apartment is part of a very well-kept holiday complex with a total of 5 holiday apartments. The complex as a whole is very nice and lovingly furnished. The owners are extremely nice and very personable. The shower was missing a sliding door and the faucet in the sink wasn't properly fixed, but otherwise there's nothing to complain about. The apartment is sufficient for 4 people, we would love to come back!

We stayed in this property for 1 week. We felt completely comfortable. The apartment was very clean and big. The garden and pool were very well maintained and an oasis of well-being. You can tell that a lot of love was put into the property. We'd love to come back.
