There were six of us, four adults and two children, staying at Villa Minja. Contact with the landlady was very good and prompt. The house is in a pleasantly quiet location, is clean, and the photos match what we found. The sea or Umag is just a few minutes away, and everything we need is within easy reach. The pool is wonderful, and the outdoor area is inviting. We felt at home! There were a few minor flaws in the facilities, but these were manageable and not significant.

Quiet area, 6 km from Umag. Beautiful house with a great pool, but the furnishings are a bit old. They need to be improved. The landlady is very nice and accommodating. All in all, a successful holiday

We were 4 adults and 3 children and everyone really enjoyed it. The house was very clean and very spacious. The kitchen has everything you need. The rooms were very nice, but the house is made of wood and very noisy. Which is not particularly advantageous with 2 small children. We also had our dog with us and he felt very comfortable. The garden is big enough and the pool was very clean. There was enough seating. We were given a very warm welcome!

The holiday home was perfect for us. There were four of us and a dog. We had two double rooms free and that was good :D but I think it would be nice with more people, although the house is very noisy. The pool was well maintained and true to the pictures. We had a great stay!
