The box spring and mattress of the sofa bed need to be replaced. The springs are very noisy. The bay window is very difficult to open or close. The television is poorly positioned in relation to the sofa. The hall closet is almost unusable except for the wardrobe. The shelves are already full.

At first glance, the apartment looked very small and pretty. Unfortunately, this impression was short-lived. The area underneath the sofa bed, which squeaked terribly when pulled out, hadn't been cleaned. It was covered in dog hair, and there was even an old tissue lying there. Cobwebs stretched from one side of the ceiling to the other. We had to clean it and buy a fan, as there's unfortunately no way to cool down in the heat.

Cleanliness leaves something to be desired. Stained duvet. Sofa bed and mattress have had their day (needs replacement). French window very hard to open and close. Bathroom faucets very hard. Vacuum cleaner not usable, dust bag broken. Very, very bad sleep.
