Location and size of the land: very good. The interior, on the other hand, is disappointing: living room, dining room and kitchen are ok. On the other hand, the layout and decoration of the other rooms (in particular the bedrooms) are not up to the asking price: 4000€/week. Only 2 of the 5 bedrooms have a double bed. The others are with 2 beds of 90! 1 bezel was missing on the toilets! Bedside tables are worth €10 for 2 at Conforama. 1 part of the tableware is plastic and no tea towel

Large spacious house, large garden, lack of maintenance: paint, outdoor shower, little furniture in the bedrooms, faulty lamps and lighting, broken furniture not renewed, garage not tidy, not cleaned, poor household appliances, broken parasol; insufficient cleaning: garbage container, oven, terrace, garage. Too bad, beautiful house, comfortable requiring a little more maintenance.

Excellent location and beautiful house with a beautiful garden… BUT annoying details: no toilet seat in the bathroom of the parental suite, only one deckchair for a house of 10 people, no parasol, barbecue at the end of its life … Dubious cleanliness of the fridge, sloppy general cleaning. Spacious and bright house. Ideal location, quiet despite the proximity to the beach. Large enclosed garden safe with children. 2 flats, the kitchen is small for 10, and no internet, even in 4G.

Very comfortable, spacious house, perfect bedrooms, bathrooms, however maintenance and renewal of the refrigerators, dishwasher, ceramic hob and oven would be desirable. Everything is a bit dated! This is unfortunate. We would appreciate a prior arrangement of various supplies in the garage, the repair of the outdoor shower and an improvement in the lighting of the rooms in general. This lack of maintenance and cleaning is a bit regrettable,
