Les Pins Apartment 4

The apartment and the residential complex are very well located, the beach is less than 10 minutes away on foot. The apartment itself is only suitable for two people. There is no usable closet. The sanitary facilities leave a lot to be desired. The big drawback is the unkempt condition of the kitchen and bathroom. A thorough cleaning is urgently required. The sleeping area is too small, the beds are not of normal size.

Bright and spacious living room. Garden full of flowers, shaded and very pleasant.

The key handover with the friendly staff went well. The residential complex was nice, but the apartment's sanitary facilities and technical equipment are in need of renovation. The single beds are very narrow and short. The sleeping area under the staircase of the apartment above is uncomfortable. The living room and the terrace were relatively newly furnished and OK. The kitchen appliances such as the oven, stove and refrigerator should be replaced.
