The place is really beautiful, it offers very generous internal and external spaces. However, the house needs a bit of maintenance..... especially the heating system.

beautiful house in a very beautiful, quiet location with good facilities and a great view. only 3 km to Scansano with shops, bars and restaurants. Not very crowded with tourists, many local people on the way. In a radius of about 50 km very nice destinations (Magliano, Capalbio...) and beaches (Alberese, Ansedonia, Castiglione...). we were completely satisfied and will definitely be back. The only point of criticism: the house is really difficult to find, hardly possible without the GPS data

A beautiful house in a great location. On a clear day with a view of the sea. It's typically Italian. Nicely furnished, but sometimes something is broken. If you like drinking milk coffee, you should bring large cups with you. The cooking utensils could be more detailed. Eating out in Scansano is also good. When it gets colder, heating up the fireplace is nice, but the heater is an easy solution. W-LAN was difficult and completely gone after a lightning strike.

Nice vacation to relax

In the vicinity there are some very attractive small towns, such as Pereta and Montemerano. Highly recommended is the restaurant "Locanda di Torquato" in Motorgioli, about 10 km from Scansano in the direction of Grosseto. There is no menu, the senior boss sits down at the table and prays down the individual courses. There is also a terrace, but advance reservations are highly recommended.
