Very well located with an incredible view. The neighborhood is lively. It would still be necessary to specify the number of floors in the advertisement and to point out that without an elevator, my mother had difficulty climbing the stairs.

no parking space everything is paid I found a space 1k2 from the apartment. the noise did not bother us but for those who have children it can be problematic the bar downstairs closes at 2am plus what we hear on the beach until 4 to 5am. have a good day

The apartment was old. The bathroom was run down, the bathtub, which contained the shower, was dirty. The toilet smelled very bad! The rest of the apartment was obviously in a state where some of the rooms had been renovated. However, the sheets had been cleaned but had stains that could no longer be removed. In the street opposite the house there is a bar that is open until 2 a.m. and is very popular with young people.
