La Paradisa Apartment 2 Nisportino, Tuscany

The property is in a cul-de-sac village as the last house on the hillside. The journey is already a little adventure, as it involves a lot of steep mountain descents and ascents. The apartment itself has a wonderful view and a nice big terrace. Then the benefits stop. The rooms + kitchen are simply equipped. However, the maintenance leaves a lot to be desired. beach is ok Pizzeria in the village not recommended.

The apartment has a splendid terrace where you can eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner and an amazing view of the sea and the island of Capraia (a pity only for the ferries that pass every 10 minutes), inside there is everything you need. The only big flaw is the bathroom, obtained from a basement, it is microscopic and does not have a real shower: there is a drain on the ground near the toilet and bidet and a fixed hand shower that comes out of the wall, when you take a shower you flood the whole bathroom . It also does not have an opening or a fan and therefore the floor remains wet for many hours and you often risk slipping. However, there is a practical outdoor shower and a barbecue. The road leading to the house is an uphill slope with a very steep slope so I recommend a car with a 4 x 4. It is an area with many mosquitoes so it is best to bring sprays and diffusers to spread in the air. The owners are kind and helpful.
