La Paradisa Apartment 3

The house had a fantastic location with a view of the bay and beautiful sunsets! However, it was also very remote, and the last 200 meters were very steep, making it almost impossible to manage with luggage and five people. We have an electric car, which is low on the ground, and we often hit the underbody. Speaking of electric cars: the nearest charging station on Elba was at the Coop supermarket in Portoferraio. The house is a bit dated, basic, but OK. The beds in the attic are only suitable for small children! The bathroom upstairs: okay.

Comfortable and pleasant accommodation in a place with a beautiful view of the bay. Everything was clean, dealing with the owners was absolutely fine. We really enjoyed our stay, I definitely recommend it.

The terrace with a view of the sea and the evening sunsets is beautiful. The apartment is simply furnished. The upper floor cannot be used in July/August because it is too hot there. The village has a beach with a restaurant. It takes about 15 minutes to drive to the supermarket, bakery, etc. So you are in the middle of nature. This meant that we had a rat in the house twice. If the house had insect screens and a fan, it would be perfect. The landlord was very nice

The apartment is good overall, a bit dated, but the price/performance ratio is good. The view from the terrace is absolutely great. The uphill drive to the apartment is very steep

Only with the view everything pays off

The house is situated on a hill, beautiful view, no internet and no coverage, but that's a big plus for me. Nature, the sea and instead of cicadas, the sounds of hens and cocks. For me, a perfect place to wind down. Nice house, equipped with everything you need. The owner was polite. I recommend this place.
