Jasmine Cottage is a pet-friendly semi-detached cottage in the village of Lesbury, two miles from Alnmouth. The cottage has a double room and a twin room. The bathroom is on the ground floor, along with the kitchen and the sitting room with dining area. Outside is an enclosed patio garden, and parking can be found by the roadside. Jasmine Cottage is just a moment's walk from the village pub, and is ideally placed for the Heritage coastline's beaches and castles, or for the spectacular Alnwick Gardens. Note: One well-behaved dog welcome.

Popular with golfers and with people seeking a peaceful retreat of a holiday, Alnmouth is a delightful resort four miles from Alnwick in an easterly direction. Situated on a thin spit of land between the River Aln and the North Sea, Alnmouth started life as the port for Alnwick. The area is now one of unspoiled beauty, which also offers a great choice of pubs, restaurants and shops, a splendid links golf course, and some superb river fishing. The area is also home to many miles of fabulous beaches and sand dunes for hours of rewarding and relaxing seaside holiday time.

Northumberland is a heady combination of fishing villages, market towns, sandy beaches, magnificent castles and historic Hadrian's Wall, tied together by beautiful countryside and abundant wildlife.

This cottage is in an excellent location for exploring the whole of Northumberland.. Only 2 miles from the coast and also handy for Alnwick and Warkworth if you want to stay close by but also a great base for visiting places a bit further afield - our favourites are Lindisfarne, Ford & Etal and all the little villages along the coast between Alnmouth and Bamburgh. The cottage itself is perfect. It's in the centre of a very pretty village next door to a good pub and is very comfortable with a well-equipped kitchen. It's well-fenced and gated which is great if you have dogs.

A lovely cottage well appointed and presented.. Sue contacted prior to our visit and gave very useful info, the welcome was great and also the welcome pack was much appreciated. We would not hesitate to recommend this cottage which is also in a great location to explore the area.

An excellent 3 nights at the very clean Jasmine Cottage where we felt instantly at home.. Sue is very helpful and has thought of everything the holidaymaker might need for their stay. Not a single complaint from us and would definitely stay again.

This was our second stay at Jasmine.. The previous owners had provided a perfectly fine and comfortable holiday cottage. However the new owners have obviously gone to a great deal of trouble to upgrade the place. The result is an absolutely excellent cottage in which to enjoy a holiday break. Highly recommended.

Jasmin cottage was as described in "brochure" we met owners on day of arrival .. used the cottage as a base for walking the area around Lesbury / Alnwick etc. Stunning area miles of wonderful clean beaches. Disappointed over access to Alnwick castle / gardens Hulne estate walks etc for dogs. Delighted with access to fantastic pubs and cafe's for dogs everywhere we went. Have booked a cottage for next year again with sykes this time in the Lakes District. I wish I had waited as the £40 voucher off next booking will be wasted

Before we arrived at cottage got a phone call from owner sue asking if we needed .... Before we arrived at cottage got a phone call from owner sue asking if we needed anything which I thought was really nice cottage was well all I can say amazing everything you need was there from washing powder to bin bags the kitchen was very well stocked plenty cutlery plates pots,and what I loved was bigger freezer as usually just little one, and a dishwasher,shower was great easy to use, lovely cosy sitting room plenty of nice little touches, bed was ever so comfy garden was lovely we had lovely BBQ, lesbury lovely village with well stocked shop Alnmouth beach stunning, and thanks sue for amazing welcome pack love our little holiday Paul Elaine bomber

This is a fantastic cottage in a beautiful village.. The owners were terrific and very helpful. Excellent location for coastal path walks with easy vehicular access to nearby Alnwick. Highly recommended. We will return.

This was our second visit to Jasmine cottage.. It was just as good as last year. Clean , comfortable with our every need catered for. The location of the cottage us ideal for walking with the walk to Alnmouth just over a mile through the village and following the river. Wildlife was in abundance both around the cottage and along the river bank. Sue and Dean (the owners) couldn’t be more helpful . An ideal place whether for walking or relaxing.

Stayed in a few cottages now, and jasmine cottage is by far the best value for money we’ve ever stayed in.. Sue (property owner) couldn’t be more helpful, and more welcoming. Would return and stay there again in a heartbeat. The cottage was presented immaculately, and a few nice touches were left...... biscuits for dogs, cookies for us, prosecco in fridge, those things were such a nice touch.

A lovely cottage in a perfect location.. Home from home comfort and everything you could possibly want for a relaxing break. Located in a peaceful village near a lovely pub. The post office/ Shop is 100y down the road and the stunning Northumberland Coast is very close by. Loads of amazing places to visit to suit all tastes then you get to return to Jasmine Cottage to relax. Very pleasant and helpful owner too. We’ll definitely be back.
