Jack's Nest is a ground floor, detached barn conversion on a working farm six miles from South Molton. The cottage sleeps two people in one double bedroom. There is also a bathroom with a shower and an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area. With wide doorways and laminate wood flooring throughout, this property may be suitable for wheelchair users. With wonderful countryside views, Jack's Nest is a fantastic pet-friendly property for couples looking to relax and enjoy the area.

The attractive market town of South Molton is known as The Gateway to Exmoor and is ideally placed in North Devon, boasting a range of shops, amenities and a weekly market. Myself and my partner and Yorkshire terrier had a amazing time.. Wonderful peaceful location but still near shops etc.Elaine & family made us feel at home and Daily visits from Ben the farm dog was lovely for us & Rosie. We would definitely visit jacks nest again and have told friends and family about it

The cottage was just perfect in the perfect location.. Elaine gave me a warm welcome as did Ben the sheepdog. There was a lovely cream tea on arrival. The cottage was home from home, everything had been thought of and there was every comfort. The fully enclosed garden was perfect for Toffee, my dog. We enjoyed various walks from the door. It was a lovely relaxing holiday and so nice to park the car, unpack it and forget it. I highly recommend a stay here.

Jack's nest was absolutely beautiful.. Everything we want wanted and more. On arrival we were greeted with tea, coffee, scones, jam and clotted cream. The owners of the cottage were a wonderful couple and they couldn't do enough for us. The cottage is ideally situated on a working farm with lovely views. We had a lovely week there with prefect weather and my two springer spaniels had loads of fun. Highly recommend.

Jack's Nest was the perfect place for a quiet relaxing holiday.. The cottage was well equipped, comfortable and Michael and Elaine and Ben (the collie) made me feel very welcome. The cottage was well located to visit Exmoor, MInehead, Barnstaple, Ilfracombe and Bideford. There is a dog-friendly beach at Saunton Sands, north of Barnstaple, which has miles of sandy beach to explore off the lead.

You couldn’t wish to meet a nicer couple than Elaine and Michael.. They were very friendly and welcoming. The homemade cream tea on arrival was a delightful extra touch. They also checked throughout the week that we had everything we needed without being intrusive. The cottage was spacious, comfortable and very well equipped. The outdoor space was fully enclosed and perfect for our dogs. It’s very well positioned to go out and about to see lots of local sites. Hopefully we will be able to have a return visit. Would not hesitate to recommend this property.

The owners Michele & Elaine was very welcoming and made sure you had a perfect holiday there was lots of information in the cottage on were to visit in the area we went to Dunster Castle ,Minehead ,Arlington Court but the views from the cottage was fantastic we got snowed in while there Michele and Elaine made sure we was cared for Elaine brought us a flask of homemade soup which was delicous.. They took time out from the lambing to look after us and with being snowed in kept us informed of the situation until we could leave the cottage safely and guided us up the hill from the farm Michele & Elaine a big thank you from Pete and Lynda Hope the lambs are well
