Located one mile from the centre of South Molton, this property is within easy reach of the town s markets, supermarket, numerous pubs and restaurants. Keen walkers should head to Exmoor National Park, which boasts a plethora of scenic routes, each displaying wonderful flora and fauna. Head to the coast to discover the string of sandy beaches on Devon s north coast, including Saunton, Croyde, Woolacombe and Westward Ho!, together with a collection of traditional fishing villages and towns such as Clovelly, Lynton, Lynmouth and Porlock. The main living area of the property comprises an airy and bright open plan lounge/kitchen/diner which enjoys views across to the lake from the large patio doors and windows. The lounge area is a welcoming and relaxing space with deep sofas, a cosy wood burner and Smart TV. The corner kitchen area is well equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine. A door leads from the kitchen area to the delightful bedroom, a spacious room with a double bed and chest of drawers. The en suite bathroom is very well appointed with both a bath and a separate shower cubicle, as well as a WC. Outside, to the front of the property, there is a fantastic decked terrace which overlooks the impressive three acre lake. Table, chairs, sun loungers, and a BBQ make this a great place to relax amongst the quiet surroundings. Guests are also able to enjoy the grounds including the paths around the lakes, and the pretty woodland gardens. Please note, there is no access to fishing on the lakes when booking this lodge
