Although it feels very quiet and rural, the property is only one mile from the market town of South Molton, where visitors will find a tempting chocolate factory, a heritage museum, and the Quince Honey Farm, home to a large exhibition of honey bees, allowing visitors to look right inside the hives, as well as a cafe and a children’s soft play area. Further afield, Exmoor National Park is easily accessible and just a few miles a north of the property, offering scenic walks and cycle ways which lead right down to the Somerset coast.
