As for the location, the medieval town of Umbertide is just a ten-minute drive away, with Roman ruins, local tavernas and a weekly market to explore.

*The villa is divided into two apartments with two bedrooms on the ground floor and three on the first floor. The first floor is accessed via an external staircase.
