Belvedere

The access is a bit bumpy – at one point, we even had to scatter stones to get through with the car. The pictures on the booking page are outdated and sometimes misleading (e.g., the yellow house belongs to the owner, not the property). The outdoor kitchen is barely shown. The dishwasher was broken upon arrival, but was quickly repaired. The pool was clean and regularly maintained. The house is simply furnished, but everything necessary was there.

Even the access is disastrous. The online description is clearly understated. Large potholes, and cars kept bumping into the front. It should be mentioned that an SUV is necessary. The accommodation was supposedly clean, but with so much dust and cobwebs, it's hard to imagine that. We didn't find a pool house, and a basement room advertised as an outdoor kitchen was covered in mouse droppings and smelled unbearable. Cooking there was unthinkable.

Beautiful rustic house fully furnished for 8 people. Well maintained pool and very large plot surrounded by olive trees. The kitchen appliances do not meet German standards but are complete. The outdoor kitchen is practical. We really enjoyed the time. The driveway took a little getting used to at first, but became routine after 2 days. Nice place for short trips to the beach, Lucca and Pisa.
