Atypical and functional accommodation, very spacious swimming pool. Lots of mosquitoes so be well equipped. Owner very available if needed.

Very basic rental, almost non-existent kitchen utensil, neither oven nor microwave, shower flowing through the ceiling, fortunately the swimming pool is magnificent clean well maintained by Franco, place well placed for visits

The pool is very nice. The apartment is very cheap, but the living room (accessible via a small dirt road) is unusable and gives the impression of a storage room which we did not use. The entrance to the property is very narrow, so we only parked once on the property to unload. The location is pleasantly quiet and secluded.

The house is small and is a typical country house. But the peace that is breathed all around and the fantastic swimming pool perhaps compensate for the simple internal services. Mrs R. is very kind and helpful. Let's say that Valacchio is a peaceful corner in Tuscany.

The lock on the bedroom door was broken and would not close. The lock on the children's room door was missing a few screws, so it was very wobbly. No mosquito screens on the windows, despite billions of sand flies. The garden furniture partly very desolate. Nevertheless, the location, the garden and the pool: great

First of all the location is really great. As each trip takes time in the region, it's great to be close to his. And there are never any traffic jams. I recommend parking at the Campo. 15 mins from the. The view is amazing. The swimming pool just for us is rare and it is really very big. A calm, a light... and superb starry nights. Really large exterior and the neighbors are very kind and discreet. The interior is very small but authentic. Be careful to take pepper, salt or oil. There are two gas plates and a small fridge. It's in its own juice it has charm. Small children's room and not very secure for the top bed because there is no barrier. Highly recommended for couples, even with children. Please note that the pool is very deep at the end and not at all secure! You have to text the lady when you arrive. No network or wifi.

The pool was good but the house was really too small. Not just for tall people! If the weather is bad there is nowhere to sit. Crockery and pans leave much to be desired.
