Surrounded by the Chianti hills and just an hour’s drive from Florence, you can experience the best of both worlds here. While some elements of this home are a little traditional, it invites you to step into the past while enjoying plenty of modern comforts, with an outdoor pool, an indoor hot tub, and a gym – bliss. Outside, unwind with your book in one of the shaded lounging spots, or, if exploring is more your thing, you’ll find the town of Signa, multiple hiking trails and the Renaissance museum at Villa Caruso di Bellosguardo, all within easy reach.

*The pool is fenced – ideal if you're visiting with little ones. The pool is open between May and September.
*Your host can provide three high chairs and one travel cot for free upon advance request.
*Two of the bedrooms have mezzanines with two single beds – perfect for families.
*There's uncovered parking for three cars here. There's also another uncovered internal parking area available for guests in front of the villa's entrance gate.
*Your host lives in the villa adjacent, and you'll share the main entrance to the park. All other spaces are private and exclusive to guests.
*Three bedrooms and the kitchen are equipped with air conditioning.
