we go to this accommodation and we are always very satisfied with the beautiful house and the large garden - all without frills

The house and the property are really recommendable. You are on your own and have enough space and nature around you. There are many great destinations nearby. The loggia is the highlight. The best pizza (in the world) is in Sinalunga at Pizzeria La Regina. The landlord (F.) is very helpful and friendly. We had a great 14 days.

As a couple, we only had the upper floor with the beautiful loggia. Good location for many excursions in the surrounding area, including the surrounding area. Very nice landlord

The house is simply furnished, but everything you need is really there. Even if everything is a bit old, that doesn't bother you, because the house has so much charm. The terrace is simply wonderful with a view of Scrofiano and also the large garden is perfect for relaxing. We were very satisfied. The price-performance ratio is definitely right. The only small downer was the barking of dogs from the neighborhood. Day and night at an unbelievable volume

In the meantime rented for the 10th time, it was again a great pleasure. In about 1 hour you can reach most of the sights in Tuscany / Umbria. The view of Scrofiano old town / Cortona is simply a dream. You can buy everything in nearby Sinalunga --- some of the shops / supermarkets are also open on Sundays / public holidays. Again any time.

Beautiful country house equipped with every comfort, especially a splendid garden, perfectly equipped, with lots of greenery and the possibility of authentic relaxation. Large and comfortable rooms and bathrooms, clean and well furnished. The owners are kind and always available. The only drawback, in the absence of wifi, fluctuating connection, especially with difficulty for the TIM.

We had wonderful days in the Podere Casino holiday home. The house is really well equipped. We didn't miss anything. The style is typically Italian. We felt really good. The landlords are nice and uncomplicated. And the garden is just great. Lots of space.

The location and the environment is how you imagine Tuscany. The landlords are very friendly and helpful. The house is comfortable and functional. Everything you could need is available. The loggia is ideal for long summer evenings, wonderful views! The property is fenced off to the small road that leads up to the village, so no problem with a dog.
